Por que? Porque tudo depende do número de pessoas e principalmente do sabor que você quer ou ao qual esta acostumada. Talvez um pouco mais forte, talvez mais salgado...eu gosto dos sabores suaves. Consiste em uma porção de mariscos pequenos, devidamente lavados e de molho em água por cerca de 20&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;min&lt;/span&gt;. para a retirada de areia (este processo pode ser repetido caso necessário).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 - Colocar água em fogo médio, acrescentar os mariscos, assim que abrirem retirar as bolhas brancas que se formam, retirar os mariscos e coar o caldo (o recomendado seria coar em pano tipo pano de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;baby&lt;/span&gt;...gaze, mas creio que coador de papel sirva). Voltar o caldo na panela em fogo baixo, acrescentar misso, acertar o sal se necessário, voltar os mariscos, desligar o fogo e acrescentar cebolinha picada se desejar. Gostoso, não?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2- Colocar água em fogo médio, acrescentar os mariscos, assim que abrirem retirar as bolhas brancas que se formam, retirar os mariscos e coar o caldo (o recomendado seria coar em pano tipo pano de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;baby&lt;/span&gt;...gaze, mas creio que coador de papel sirva). Voltar o caldo na panela em fogo &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;médio&lt;/span&gt;, acrescentar os mariscos, acrescentar um pouco de &lt;a href="http://www.tnh.com.br/detalhes/saque-culinario-tozan-azuma-mirin-500ml__68" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;mirin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt; e um pouco de saque culinário ou vinho branco, deixar o &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;álcool&lt;/span&gt; evaporar. Desligar o fogo e acrescentar cebolinha picada se desejar e &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;VOILA&lt;/span&gt;!! Acho que duas colheres grandes de saque e uma de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;mirin&lt;/span&gt; para cada litro de água seria o suficiente para não predominar o gosto ou aroma do álcool na sopinha. ;D&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sugestão: O processo de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;coamento&lt;/span&gt; serve para a retirada de algum resíduo solido que o caldo possa conter, areia principalmente. Vai de sua preferência coar ou não. Coloque sempre a menos até conseguir o sabor desejado de misso e se necessário, acrescente um pouco de sal. Esse é o missoshiru básico. Tudo em fogo baixo para não ferver. Frescura minha ou não, não gosto de missoshiru fervido e nem requentado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois do misso devidamente dissolvido, você pode acrescentar outros ingredientes, cada qual dará um sabor a mais no missoshiru. Poderá acrescentar tofu em cubos pequenos, shimeji, &lt;a href="http://www.tnh.com.br/detalhes/alga-p-sopas-cut-wakame-100g-isetan__185" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;em&gt;wakame&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt; e nabo branco de 2mm de espessura são os mais comuns. Cebolinhas picadas também cai muito bem, mas neste caso tire o wakame, acho que os sabores não casam muito bem. Sim, para mim uma boa bengala não se escolhe pelo sabor ou aparência, mas sim pela musica que só um bom pão toca pra você. O próximo passo é um bom presunto cru (de Parma seria o mais aconselhável, com seu sabor, aroma e textura maravilhosos.... mas como não está ao alcance de todos, o de sua preferência estará ótimo), um pedaço de queijo parmigiano reggiano com seu aroma suavemente forte, de sabor adocicado, ligeiramente picante (never parmesão ralado), um bom mamão papaya, doce como o mel, uma boa manteiga, de preferência sem sal e verduras, rúculas e baby salad são os meus preferidos, mas é claro que pode ser aquela linda alface que você tem na sua geladeira. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De posse de tudo, com o mamão finamente fatiado e com as verduras já lavadas e escorridas, bastará o corte da faca no pão em bons pedaços para sanduiches grandes e a montagem. Manteiga besuntando os dois lados do pão, o presunto com suas partes caindo em forma de cachoeira pelas bordas, o mamão que com seu doce corta o salgado do presunto, muitas e muitas verduras e por ultimo o parmigiano em fatias finas completará a obra prima!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aos vegetarianos troquem o presunto por outro tipo de queijo, talvez um cheddar ou gouda mas sempre com fatias de parmigiano, o que voce preferir! :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E tudo muito bem acompanhado de um bom suco de frutas!! O meu?! Tampar e aumentar o fogo porque a esta altura seu estômago dorme profundamente (roooooonc, rooooonc) sonhando com os aromas que invadem suas narinas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve-se a panela à mesa em fogareiro de camping onde cada um deverá retirar seu sonho diretamente para sua tigela que poderá ou não conter ovo cru batido. Eu amo com ovo, dá pra comer mais rápido!! ;D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma dica é colocar o macarrão por ultimo, para que não derreta. E a medida que os ingredientes forem devorados por um estômago faminto, pode-se acrescentar o ingrediente na panela e enquanto cozinha, há outras presas a serem devoradas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Versão mais "sulista" é não usar o molho, apenas salpicar açúcar e shoyu na carne e se necessário um pouco de agua, mas a idéia é que a água que sai dos outros ingredientes, baste para o resultado final ser tão bom quanto. Este processo deverá ser realizado em fogo baixo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Versão vegetariana é retirar a carne da receita, derreter a manteiga, acrescentar os ingredientes e VOILA!! Seja ao molho ou sulista, sejam felizes!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lembrem-se que vocês podem colocar as verduras e vegetais de sua preferência, mas todos tem que estar devidamente cortado para que o cozimento seja rápido. Escorrer, secar um pouco a água, temperar com &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;shoyu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;óleo&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;gergelim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; e &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;rāyu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; (ver &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rayu"&gt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rayu&lt;/a&gt;). Em um dos planos &lt;em&gt;infaliveis&lt;/em&gt; do pai, o filho vai chorar as pitangas para conseguir um emprego de gandula. O primeiro furto deu certo , (com a ajuda do filho)ja o segundo mostrava o filho chorando as pitangas porque nao conseguiu ajudar o pai, este foi preso eh claro.&lt;br /&gt;Uma vez que a mae havia falecido, o menino ficou aos cuidados do treinador para ser um dos jogadores.&lt;br /&gt;A moral da historia foi o previsto, o menino treinando firme para ser um jogador e o pai, depois de libertado, vendo aquilo deixou o menino la e foi tentar levar uma vida digna sem nem dar um oi para o menino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talvez as "high school" devessem fazer excursoes a presidios. Mas aconselho a experimentar so um pouquinho primeiro porque se nao for bom, nao perdera tudo!! ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para quem gosta de ovos eh possivel acrescentar um ovo cru, semi-cozido ou cozido quando o lamen estiver pronto para ser devorado. Eu prefiro o cru que tambem pode ser acrescentado no missoshiru. O caldo quente cozinha automaticamente o ovo mas ele fica com uma concistencia mole, a preferencia eh sua.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pode-se acrescentar tambem moyashi cozido, fica uma delicia!! E cebolinhas picadas sao muito bem vindas! O horario de atendimento era das 10:00hrs as 14:00hrs. Cheguei la as 9:00hrs e como era cedo fui fazer uma horinha na loja brasileira ali perto.&lt;br /&gt;A que vos escreve, &lt;em&gt;muito inteligentemente&lt;/em&gt;, foi sentir a *fragrancia  de uma agua de colonia para babys e como, &lt;em&gt;por causa da gripe eh claro&lt;/em&gt;, nao sentiu cheiro algum, apertou o potinho de plastico para tentar cheirar algo. Para seu espanto e completa surpresa, mas que obviamente &lt;strong&gt;era OBVIO&lt;/strong&gt;, o liquido quase cheio voou de dentro para seu lindo narizinho, roupa, chao e etc....&lt;br /&gt;Segundo o homi, fiquei cheirando tanto baby que ele ate abriu um pouco os vidros do carro, apesar do frio. Nao gosto muito do gorgonzola pelo gosto forte que deixa na boca depois, nao que nao seja gostoso. &lt;br /&gt;No restaurante B o caranguejo tirava bem esse gosto e a mistura ficou OTIMA, com um levissimo sabor do gorgonzola!!&lt;br /&gt;Ja no restaurante A aquelas batatinhas do tamanho de um ovinho de codorna enganaram bem. Na primeira mordida sua reacao eh: "hum?", na segunda eh fazer uma ligeira inspecao no prato e na terceira eh risos. Nao eram batatinhas e sim castanhas cozidas, descascadas e modeladas na aparencia de batatinhas. Desses que se voce nao reservar suas tres refeicoes basicas do dia no hotel tera que pegar um aviao para comer. Um lugar calmo, tranquilo, gostoso e lindo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A impressao eh de que recebi uma boa massagem do Mike Tyson, as vezes eh dificil levantar o braco, ate mesmo levantar da cama. Mas sou obrigada a isso quando acordada no meio do sono por um frio congelante porque sua meninas dormem tranquilamente e quentinhas no cobertor de casal - e voce so com a pontinha que mal cabe sua metade. O preco disso? A gripe de volta com sua grande companheira tosse...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sim, ja esta frio por aqui! O menu eh por epoca e muda de tempos em tempos, para meu azar nao era a epoca do meu sanduba preferido&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este eh o que ele comeu, pao frances comprido, rosbife, alface, presunto cru e maionese - mas ilustra o meu sanduba :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O meu eh esse pao frances (mais comprido e fino do que os do Brasil), o recheio eh muita alface, umas folhas de rucula, presunto cru, fatias finas de mamao e fatias finissimas de &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.parmaitaly.it/es/parmigiano.html"&gt;&lt;em&gt;parmigiano reggiano&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. O doce do mamao corta o salgado e as verduras dao um sabor mais leve ao forte do presunto cru e do parmesao.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sabores diferentes, uma mistura deliciosa! Mas existe uma sobremesa muito facil de se fazer que eu gosto muito e vou come-la daqui a pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Sorvete de vanilla, salpicado de sal e regado com azeite. A mistura parece intragavel, mas experimentem...eh otimo!! O sal e o azeite cortam um pouco o doce do sorvete e os sabores casam muito bem. Usa-se a raiz para produzir o wasabi, mas suas folhas tambem sao comestiveis, com o mesmo gosto forte mas menos picante que a raiz, ou na minha opiniao, tao picante quanto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ta, confesso que nenhum dos dois faz muito o meu paladar. MAS tentei exaustivamente convencer um certo alguem a experimentar a oitava maravilha do universo (segundo a Cam), pure de batatas com wasabi. A resposta foi: "Nao eh ela que gosta de fruta ET e as vezes se da mal? Se voce preferir, eh possivel substituir as carnes por pedacos de peixe (salmao e peixes de carne branca) e frutos do mar, ostras sem casca, camarao inteiro e o que mais quiser. Muito cuidado para nao ficar engasgado com as espinhas dos peixes ;). Tudo cortado no tamanho de uma bocada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caldo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agua, shiroi dashi, shoyu, mirin, sake. Tudo a seu gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com o caldo pronto em fogo baixo acrescente os ingredientes deixando as verduras e o macarrao para o final, senao ficam moles demais. Deve ser servido a mesa, como o fondue. O "tiyashu" nao era la essas coisas, parecia a carne que vende no supermercado em tirinhas finas, a cebolinha era cebolinha mesmo, macarrao um pouco grosso demais na opiniao de quem ama macarroes finos, algumas tiras de "menma" (que acredito ser um tipo de conserva de takenoko - broto de bambu - proprios para lamens) e moyashi. Na minha escala eh medio...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dica para quem faz miojo em casa:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na agua que voce ferve para fazer o miojo, de uma ligeira fervida no moyashi, o suficiente para esquentar e nao deixar ele mole demais. Tem que ter o barulhinho "shak-shak" quando voce comer. Como se fosse um sanduiche...rs. Nao meus caros, coloca-se um pouco do molho em cima, corta-se e come-se COM GARFO E FACA, devidamente empunhados!! Ou corta um teco, coloca o molho em cima e come!! :P&lt;br /&gt;Acompanhava batatas fritas, onion ring e de sobremesa morangos com flakes, yogurt e molho de morango com cerejas, tudo muito delicioso!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Porque hamburguer e nao lamen? Pelo simples fato de que as fotos nao ficaram boas, talvez eu poste no flickr, mas com certeza irei ainda esta semana a um dos 23 restaurantes presentes do festival. Sim, haviam 23 tendas de restaurantes de lamen diferentes no festival. Comprava-se o ingresso e tinha direito a um dos 23 lamens a sua escolha, desde que fosse cedo e nao as 16hrs da tarde como fui. Estavam presentes a Mary e uns agregados, quem realmente deveria estar no sonho porque mora nas redondezas, nao estava. Do sexto ao decimo andar, os andares eram assombrados e a Mary &lt;em&gt;tinha&lt;/em&gt; que morar justamente nesse meio T.T.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sem contar que eu estava morrendo de fome e com os dotes culinarios da visitada, tivemos que filar boia (o menu era bom) no quarto andar. Ou faca como eu, compre a massa pronta no mercado, ha pacotes aqui de 20 ou 50 unidades.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Molho:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vinagre&lt;br /&gt;Shoyu&lt;br /&gt;"Rayu" (Oleo de cor avermelhado resultante da fritura de kilos e kilos de pimenta vermelha). Ou compre no mercado tambem, sua necessidade eh opcional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De posse do recheio ja misturado, da massa ja aberta, coloque o recheio na massa e feche passando agua na borda da massa. Em uma frigideira anti-aderente, coloque oleo de gergelim, acenda o fogo, ajeite os guiozas de modo a nao ficarem muito grudados um no outro - apenas juntos. Misture maisena em um pouco de agua, jogue na panela e tampe afim de cozinhar os guiozas. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Observaca: Nao jogar a agua com maisena em cima dos guiozas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E......VOILA!! Mudamos para: virando a esquina, segundo poste, embaixo da rampa do estacionamento superior - bom, ne? ;D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ontem quando fui levar a racao seca, ele (o gatinho branco) ja estava impaciente perambulando pelo estacionamento. Sim, eh ele, eu o vi comendo ontem....ele come aos pouquinhos, da uma voltinha e volta para comer. Deve ser por isso que todo dia o pratinho esta limpinho!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mudando de gato para gatas...Hoje deu a louca nas meninas de manha cedo. Corriam uma atras da outra e pulavam em cima de mim, porque euzinha &lt;strong&gt;estava&lt;/strong&gt; dormindo o.o*. E isso aconteceu &lt;strong&gt;varias vezes&lt;/strong&gt;, geralmente eh uma ou duas, depois logo param. Ontem descobriram nosso local e passei a deixar o pratinho um poste mais a frente. Todo dia pela manha, eles fazem a limpeza no estacionamento, que eh grande, e durante o dia tem o staff patrol tambem para manter o local limpo. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ele sempre aparece a noite por la e quando posso ir no finalzinho da tarde, eu deixo a racao umida, quando tenho que ir cedo, eu deixo a racao seca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se aqui em casa fosse assim...o cat la come tudinho e qualquer coisa que voce deixar. Aqui em casa se a Gracie nao gostar, nao come, mas nem que a galinha crie dente!!....rs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu acho que eh o gatinho branco que vi, mas o Celso acha que deve vir outros tambem...vai saber, nunca vimos ele(s) comer(em). Nao eh o melhor, mas eh o melhor que tinha a essa hora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um miojo sofisticado, que aqui eh chamado de lamen. O caldo eh de vegetais, legumes, alho, cebola, carcaca de frango (tudo que pode dar um bom gosto ao caldo) e misso, cozidos durante horas em fogo baixo. A carne eh de porco, e tambem cozido durante horas, que derrete na boca. Sao muito praticos e eficientes, mas confesso que so vou nesses horarios por ter beeeeem menos gente, ja que se toma banho todos no mesmo ambiente, ou seja, voce ve toda mulherada pelada. E eh claro que so entro no ofuro porque, por uma questao de higiene, a agua dos ofuros eh sempre corrente e nunca parada ;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sei que para muitas de voces vai soar super estranho, mas no Japao isso eh bem comum. Quando fui no tal onsen, preferi um que tivesse o ofuro no quarto, mesmo tendo que pagar mais caro por isso, mas la vi que nao teria nenhum problema com os ofuros de uso comum que havia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estou muito cansada, dois dias saindo cedo, chegando tarde e podre de cansaco. Gostei da ideia mas pelo que sei, aqui na cidade, nao tem restaurante vegetariano. Combinamos de comer em um quando fossemos a cidades maiores. E nao eh que um belo dia vejo um restaurante novo que nem tinha sido inaugurado ainda com os dizeres &lt;em&gt;Restaurante Natural&lt;/em&gt;?!&lt;br /&gt;Fomos jantar la um dia desses, nao era vegetariano mas era natural e eles tem uns nuggets e guioza fritos que sao um espetaculo!! Hahahahaha, quem ve pensa ne? Sinceramente, presumi que a comida fosse parecida com um restaurante vegetariano, mero engano. Eh self service, a secao saladas, ou melhor, secao salada deixa muito a desejar, muitos pratos de frituras, sucos? So se for o unico de laranja que tomei, mas tambem eh self service, o arroz era bom, tinha o integral, outro com uns cereais e uma outra variedade. A cerveja, vinhos e outras bebidas alcoolicas era a parte. Nao havia area para fumantes, mesmo todo mundo sabendo que pelo menos 70 % da populacao japonesa eh fumante. Sem contar que o preco do jantar eh mais caro que o "lunch", e tambem um tanto salgadinho - na minha opiniao, nao vale nem o preco do lunch.&lt;br /&gt;Sinceramente? Sou mais o restaurante de caminhoneiro que tem aqui na esquina de casa que tem PFs otimos!!
